Lest we forget our beloved Dion Antonio Parker was born January 10,1972 in Washington, District of Columbia and transitioned on Wednesday, April 26,2017. He was the son of the late Debra Parker and James “Jim” Arthur Owens. We, his family and friends, will remember Dion fondly. We give thanks to God for allowing us to share his life.

Dion was educated in the Washington, DC public schools. He enjoyed playing basketball and could often be seen practicing his three point shots; and don’t forget he was a masterful card player who was always the last one sitting when the card games ended.
