Forever young, forever in our hearts, our beloved Theodore Kelly finished his course on earth and entered Heaven’s gate, Tuesday, June 15, 2021, while a patient at Atrium Health-Northeast, Concord, North Carolina. “Teddy”, as he was affectionately known was born August 7,1971 in Tarrytown, New York. He was the son of Theodore “Bo” Ingram and the late Shirley Kelly. “Teddy” brightened our days with an unwavering courage, beautiful smile and sheltering grace. Today we will not mourn his death, but we will celebrate his life. He will be remembered with thanksgiving in our hearts.
He was educated in the Westchester County New York public schools; and attended Westchester Community College where he received his culinary arts certification. Prior to declining health, “Teddy” was employed as a counselor with Sober Living, Albemarle, North Carolina.
A believer, he was a member of Spirit and Truth United Church of Worship, Albemarle. He enjoyed many spirited church services and loved to fellowship with his Pastor and church family.
“Teddy” was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Kelly and sister, Vangie Brooks.
