Robin Rivers Little was born on July 20, 1961 in Albemarle, Stanly County, North Carolina. She was the daughter of Bobbie Davis Rivers and the late George W. Rivers Sr. She entered Eternal rest Monday, September 16, 2019 surrounded by her loving and devoted family. Robin had a loving and sweet spirit that will be remembered by all who knew her. We give thanks for the years we shared her life.
She was educated in the Stanly County public schools and was a 1979 graduate of Albemarle Senior High School. Robin was employed with International Automotive Components (IAC) formerly Collins & Aikman, Albemarle for more than 25 years.
Reared in a home rooted in faith and family, Robin was a believer who accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age. She was a devoted member of Colston Street Church of God, Albemarle. There she was a former member of the Usher Board, Church Choir and Church Secretary. Robin loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She also enjoyed singing and shopping.
She has joined her father, George W. Rivers Sr. and her sister, Vergie R. Sellers in her Heavenly home.
Robin was married to James T. Little for over 35 years. They were the proud parents of a daughter, Jasmine, who was the apple of Robin’s eye.
Her life will forever be cherished and remembered by her husband, James T. Little, of the home; daughter, Jasmine R. Little, Winston-Salem, North Carolina; mother, Bobbie D.
