Phoebe Nancy Wilson, age 71, answered the Masters’ call on Resurrection Sunday, April 21, 2019, while a patient at Novant Health, Matthews, North Carolina. She was born May 26,1947 in Stanly County, North Carolina and was the daughter of the late Arthur and Louise Estelle Martha Wilson Ingram.
Phoebe enjoyed shopping, sewing and dining out at various eateries. She was educated in the historic Kingville High School, Albemarle, North Carolina; and was employed with Yale University as a dietician for many years.
She was a devoted member of Marvin F. Leak Divine Harvest Ministries, Rockingham, North Carolina. In her leisure, Phoebe enjoyed shopping, sewing, dining out at various eateries and spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings: Arthur G. Ingram, Randy Ingram, Jeffrey Ingram, Michael Ingram, Joy Ingram, Gwendolyn Baldwin, Vanessa Baldwin and Christopher “MoMo” Ingram.
Precious memories will be cherished by: two sons: Antonio Wilson, of the home and Jay N. (Jolynn) Ingram, New Haven, Connecticut; two daughters: Tammy and Lavora Wilson, both of Charlotte, North Carolina; ten grandchildren: Tashae Johnson, Wayne Johnson, Marcell Watkins, Jr., Isiah Ingram, Alexis Robinson, Dennis Waiters, Infinity Smith, Zion Hall, Jr., Jay Ingram, Jr., and Janod Ingram; five great-grandchildren: Aniya, Prince, Zayden, Amir, and Jziyah; brothers: Carl Ingram, Ronald “Chico” Baldwin, Eddie Baldwin, and Shawn (Tomeka) Baldwin, all of Albemarle, North Carolina, Bruce Davis, Atlanta, Georgia, Barry Ingram, Princeton, North Carolina and Robert Ingram, Bridgeport, Connecticut; sisters: Vanessa Ingram Little, Monica Baldwin, Cynthia Baldwin, Victoria Ingram, Karen Ingram, Linda Jo Rose, Lucinda Burns, and Ann Taylor, all of Albemarle, North Carolina, and Mable Ingram, Bridgeport, Connecticut; a best friend, Jackie Minor, New Haven, Connecticut; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
