Joe Good

Joe MacElvais Good, entered eternal rest Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at his residence in Albemarle, North Carolina. Joe was born January 16, 1943, in Badin, North Carolina. He was the son of the late Ernest Good and Geneva White McRae. Joe was a quiet unassuming man. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He will be missed and will be remembered with love.

He received his formal education in the Stanly County, North Carolina public schools. After many years of employment, he retired from the textile industry.

His grandson, Dae’ Marjeon Good and his favorite aunt, Irene Good Black, also preceded him in death.

Fond and loving memories will forever remain in the hearts of his daughters: Shannon Good and Takeia Foxx; grandchildren: De’ Marjeonia Robinson, Dynasti Moses, Nacisjreig Foxx, Alisjawyn Foxx and Mycileuyn Foxx; sister, Carolyn (James) Townsend; niece, Cathy Owens; special cousin, Rhenda Good White; a host of other relatives and friends.
