Frederick Keith Kindell

Frederick Keith Kindell, age 61, departed his earthly life Wednesday, December 26, 2018. Born November 26, 1957, in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son or the late James and Margaret Sims Kindell. As we say good-bye to our loved one, we are comforted in knowing that Frederick is with Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

He attended the public schools of Stanly County, North Carolina and graduated from North Stanly High School, New London, North Carolina,Class of 1977. After graduation Frederick served his country honorably in the United States Marines and the United States Army. He was a former employee of Meritor Manufacturing Company.

Frederick was a member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Badin, North Carolina. He was fun loving and enjoyed teasing and joking with his family and friends. Other hobbies included: fishing, playing chess and basketball and shooting pool.

His parents and a brother, Ernie Alexander Kindell, preceded him in death.

Frederick and Julia Gramling Kindell were married for over thirty-five years.

Fond memories of Frederick will be cherished by: his wife, Julia G. Kindell, Albemarle; sons: Mylon Baldwin, Albemarle and James Edgar Amadeus Kindell, Badin; daughters: Latoya (Maurice) Wilson Chambers, Durham, North Carolina, Destiny (Curtis)  Davidson and Holly Rickerra Kindell, both of Asheville, North Carolina; grandchildren: Deandrus Bennett, Destiny Hodge, Ashyla Baldwin, Amauri Chambers, Kyndal Chambers, Juelz Kindell-Davidson, Jaydis James Kindell, Jumaeya Harper and Zynique Harper; brother, Kenneth Kindell, Kenansville, North Carolina; a host of other relatives and friends.
