Our dearly beloved, Antionette Donnella Peoples, entered God's Kingdom Saturday, December 14, 2024, while a patient at Atrium Health-Cabarrus, Concord, North Carolina. Antoinette had a warmth, loving and kindness that was apparent when she met others. She greeted all with a radiant smile. Born May 25, 1968, in Stanly County, North Carolina, Antoinette was the daughter of Carolyn Peoples and William Wright. Today we are saddened by her passing, but we find solace in knowing she is at rest in God's Hands.
Educated in the Stanly County public schools, Antionette was a 1987 graduate of North Stanly High School, New London, North Carolina. She was employed in the health care industry for many years.
Antionette was a believer and devoted member of Shiloh Baptist Church, New London where she had a special relationship with the pastor and his wife, Reverend and Mrs. Parnell Kelly Jr. At Shiloh she was a member of the Spiritual Choir. Civic and community oriented, Antionette was a volunteer fireman with the Badin Fire Department. As forementioned, Antoinette was employed in the healthcare industry and there she showed love, kindness, and compassion to her patients. Her service and care were a blessing .
Awaiting her arrival at her heavenly home were her parents, grandmother, Angeline Peoples, brothers: Rodney Peoples and Darren Peoples, and sister, Rena Little; Patrick Watkins; aunts: Bridgit Peoples and Angelette Peoples.
