Aaliyah Regine Richardson, age 23, entered Heaven’s Gate Tuesday, April 7, 2020. She was born February 25, 1997 in Stanly County, North Carolina. Her parents, Takeshia M. Love and Timothy E. Richardson are deeply saddened by their loss. We thank Our Creator and Maker for all things and for allowing us to share Aaliyah’s life. She was with us on earth for a short time, but we are grateful for the memories that will forever live in our hearts.
She attended the Stanly County public schools and graduated in the Class of 2015 from Albemarle Senior High School, Albemarle, North Carolina. Aaliyah was employed with Five Points Pub, Albemarle.
Her hobbies included: wood carpentry, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
Aaliyah was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents: Lee and Laura Richardson.
Cherished and fond memories of Aaliyah will be treasured by her mother, Takeshia M. Love, Winston-Salem; father, Timothy E. Richardson, Ansonville; sisters: Chelsea Y. McLendon, Shaiyah P. Richardson, Nicolia N. Love, Jylecia Richardson, Dasia Richardson, Montaja Richardson, Kaliyah Cuddle and Tamyhia Richardson; maternal grandmother, Wanda L. McLendon, Albemarle; maternal grandfather, Reverend Ellis (Cassandra ) McLendon, Thomasville, North Carolina; two nieces: Mykayla Watkins and Zanna Richardson; a nephew, Damarion McLendon; a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
