Lillie Mae Little, age 72, gave up time for Eternity and entered Heaven’s gate on Tuesday, December 31, 2019. Born February 2, 1947 in Anson County, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Kathrine Little Benjamin and Benny Bud Benjamin, Sr. As we bid our beloved goodbye, we are comforted with joy and thanksgiving in our hearts that we shared a beautiful life and that she rests in the Arms of Our Lord and Savior.
Educated in the Anson County public schools, Lillie later relocated to Albemarle, North Carolina where she was employed with Albemarle Spinning Mills for many years.
She was a member of East Macedonia Baptist Church, Norwood, North Carolina and was a devoted member of the Missionary Board. Lille’s favorite hobbies included cooking, gardening, shopping and spending time with family. She also had a kindness and fondness for her pets.
In addition to her parents, her son, Tony Little preceded her in death.
