Charles Toua Moua

Mr. Vayee Vang, the son of Soua Dao Vang and Lue Yang, was born January 1, 1948 in Xeing Khounk, Laos.  He peacefully entered into eternal rest on December 16, 2017 at the age of 69. 
He received his formal education while living in Xeing Khounk, Laos. Vayee was a member of the Royal Lao Army, where he retired after serving his country honorably.

Vayee enjoyed spending time with his family, especially with his grandchildren.  He also enjoyed hunting every moment he could.

Left in the sunshine of life to cherish his loving and everlasting memory are: his wife, Chai Yang, Albemarle, North Carolina; two sons: True Tong Vang (Mai Yang) and Xiong Vang (Yong Thao), both of Albemarle, North Carolina; two daughters: Blia Vang, Morganton, North Carolina and Shao Vang, Mercede, California; grandchildren: Xiong Vang children: Monica Vang, Suban Vang, Slivia Vang, Rosie Vang, Valentine Vang and Bruce Vang; Blia Vang children: John Kongeheng Moua, Julie Paying Moua, Jimmy Sue Moua, Anthony Fuehe Vue, April Paia Vue, Angeli Hplej Liag Vue, Jason Vue, Sunny Vue and Eddie Vue; True Tong Vang children: Shawn Vang, Precious Vang and George Vang; Shao Vang children: Ge Lor, Che Lor, Thai Lor, PaChoua Lor, Va Lor and Maisee Lor; two brothers: Nou Jery Vang, St. Paul, Minnesota and Pheng Vang, Fresno, California; three sisters: Chai Vang, Green Bay, Wisconsin, Phang Vang, Fresno, California and Ma Vang, Milwaukee, Wisconsin; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
